I realized I just showed how I get them all sliced up - that's usually the most tedious part by hand. So here are a few more steps in case you aren't going all healthy and using the T-fal Acti-Fry.
- Dry off the fries - I just let them sit for a little while with the fan running. If your'e impatient, just blot them down with a clean cloth.
- Setup your fryer to 300-325 degrees, and batch fry them till they've all been in the fryer like 30 seconds or so.
- Set them aside and let them cool down a little while you then set the fryer to 400 degrees.
- Now run those fries through the fryer till they're golden.
- Take out, let the oil drain off, and season with your favorite seasonings and enjoy!
